User Contacts Permission Notice
To provide you with a better experience and more accurate data, the LanguAlpha application can access your phone’s contact list from your phone directory.
Why We Request Access
LanguAlpha collects and uses your phone’s contact list data to identify and secure which of your contacts are already registered users of the LanguAlpha app. This allows us to enable and display features like calling and text chat by matching your registered contacts with our database. Matched contacts will be shown on your Home Page for quick access.

- Improve the accuracy of your contact-based user list.
- Enhance your experience by connecting you with known users.
Account Deletion & Data Retention
If you choose to delete your account using the Delete Account Form, your data will be permanently removed from our database after 30 days from the request date.
- You may recover your login and data within these 30 days.
- After 30 days, data recovery will not be possible.
Important
You can still use the app without granting contact permission, but some features may be limited and contact-based data may be incomplete.
We never share or display other users' details in your profile. Your contact data is only used to show you which registered users match your contact list.
